Semrau Constructions is a Cairns-based business specialising in commercial building maintenance and quality building repairs for domestic, business and industrial premises.

Semrau constructions was established in 1995 by Peter and Peggy Semrau and has remained a family business ever since. We have a proven record of providing quality maintenance services in Cairns and the surrounding region for more than 18 years.

We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of the building industry, including home, office and industrial constructions. We pride ourselves on our reliability, integrity and honesty and are committed to establishing long-term relationships with our clients.

We endeavour to maintain the highest level of workmanship and professionalism. Our Company actively control and monitor all our services and have in place a quality assurance system to ensure our first-class service never waivers We have strict workplace health and safety policies and environmental management plans and we are compliant with the national code of practice for the constructions industry. We have also been trained in the workplace clearance system, designed specifically by the oil industry to ensure only accredited contractors perform maintenance work at petrol stations.
